 The above notes have been identified as a "Privatization Issues" of Kyrgyzstan and are dated 1994. Since government notes were already in circulation it is assumed that these notes were related to the selling of government assets to the public. The denomination "Upi" is also unknown on other issues in Kyrgyzstan and is translated as "Coupon".

Collectors with additional information about these issues are encouraged to write us.
